Job Description

  • Manages projects deadline and coordinates project from start to finish
  • Coordinates work of subcontractor
  • Tracks and controls construction schedule and associated cost
  • Conducts risk management
  • Responsible for change orders and estimates

Qualifications

  • 5+ years if relevant experience or equivalent education
  • Construction knowledge
  • HVAC and Plumbing knowledge
  • Strong communication skills
  • Self-motivated
  • Detail oriented
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office
  • Ability to read and interpret design plans
  • Strong mathematical and problem-solving skills
