Job Description:

Perform journeyman level plumbing/drain system installations and related activities as assigned by supervisory personnel. Insure that all installed work is in accordance with established guidelines and standards.

Job Duties:

• Install plumbing piping systems and related fixtures.

• Coordination of installation between trades.

• Performs a wide variety of skilled (and sometimes complex) plumbing activities in a safe, effective and timely manner.

  Job Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent.

• Valid driver’s license.

• Minimum of 2 years’ experience in commercial or industrial plumbing.

• Knowledge of blueprints, specifications, Codes and Regulations.

• Excellent communication skills and strong plumbing, organizational, administrative, and analytical skills.

   

  Additional Skills Desired:

  • Recently completed an OSHA 10/30 hour Construction safety course.
  • Licensed as a Journeyman plumber.
  • Experience with sheet metal duct and other piping systems.
