Position Summary:
IMCOR is seeking a detail-oriented and relationship-driven Account Manager to support and grow our commercial service portfolio. This role is critical in ensuring client satisfaction, facilitating contract renewals, and driving continuous process improvement. The ideal candidate will be a proactive communicator with strong organizational skills and a commitment to delivering a best-in-class customer experience.


Key Responsibilities:

Client Care & Relationship Management

  • Conduct client outreach to validate contact information, review service history, and strengthen account relationships.

  • Schedule and conduct in-person meetings with key accounts on a recurring basis (quarterly for top clients, annually for others).

  • Organize and participate in client appreciation events and industry organizations.

  • Collect and document client feedback, coordinate follow-up with internal teams, and ensure timely resolution of concerns.

  • Submit a weekly activity report to the Service and Sales Manager summarizing engagement and outcomes.

Contract Management & Retention

  • Manage the monthly contract renewal process, including report generation, pricing recommendations, and client communication.

  • Address contract cancellations by coordinating recovery efforts, meeting with clients, and reviewing exit feedback with management.

  • Ensure all activity is accurately documented in the company’s CRM and service tracking system.

Process Support & Internal Coordination

  • Maintain accurate internal records, including client contacts, billing information, and system alerts.

  • Respond to internal requests related to contract terms, cost discrepancies, and billing adjustments.

  • Support continuous improvement by identifying and refining procedures that enhance operational efficiency.


Qualifications:

  • 3+ years of experience in account management, client relations, or service coordination, preferably in HVAC or a related technical field.

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills; comfortable interacting with clients at all levels.

  • Proven ability to manage multiple accounts, deadlines, and follow-ups simultaneously.

  • Proficient in CRM platforms, Microsoft Office Suite, and report preparation.

  • Self-motivated and collaborative team player.

  • HVAC industry knowledge is a plus, but not required.
