Full-Time employees receive our comprehensive compensation package which includes 100% employer paid Medical insurance with by-up options for your dependents. The pay range for this position is $120,000.00 - $160,00.00 annually, offers will be based on the successful candidate's experience.  

The Marketing Director is a senior manager responsible for developing and executing the organization's marketing strategy. This role involves overseeing branding, advertising, public relations, customer experience, and market research initiatives to drive business growth, enhance customer engagement, and build a strong market presence. The Marketing Director works closely with executives and other senior leaders to align marketing strategies with the company’s overall goals. 

Key Responsibilities: 

Strategic Leadership: 

Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to achieve business objectives. 

Align marketing initiatives with company goals, vision, and values. 

Identify and capitalize on emerging market trends and opportunities. 

Brand Management: 

Ensure consistency and integrity of the brand across all platforms and communications. 

Oversee brand positioning, messaging, and creative direction. 

Strengthen brand equity and market differentiation. 

Change Management 

Lead change management initiatives to support the adoption of new marketing strategies and processes. 

Foster a culture of continuous improvement and innovation. 

Promote a positive and collaborative work environment that encourages teamwork and open communication across departments. 

Ensure alignment between sales and marketing efforts to achieve common business goals. 

Customer Experience: 

Enhance customer acquisition, retention, and loyalty programs. 

Use customer insights and analytics to refine marketing approaches. 

Champion the voice of the customer within the organization. 

Team Leadership: 

Lead, mentor, and develop the marketing team, fostering a high-performance culture. 

Establish clear performance metrics and accountability for marketing efforts. 

Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, IT, OD/HR and operational divisions. 

Digital Marketing: 

Drive digital transformation by leveraging online platforms, social media, SEO/SEM, and data analytics. 

Oversee performance marketing, ensuring measurable ROI on campaigns. 

Innovate with new technologies to improve marketing efficiency and outcomes. 

Market Research and Analysis: 

Conduct market analysis to identify customer needs, market trends, and competitive dynamics. 

Utilize data to inform decision-making and strategy adjustments. 

Monitor and report on the effectiveness of marketing initiatives. 

Budget Management: 

Develop and manage the marketing budget, ensuring cost-effective execution of campaigns. 

Optimize resource allocation for maximum impact and efficiency.
