Air Controls - Billings, Montana’s premier Plumbing, HVAC, and Refrigeration contractor! As we continue to grow and thrive, we are seeking skilled Residential HVAC Installer to join our team!

Our HVAC Installers complete installations for residential homes, apartment complexes, offices, grocery stores, warehouses and other commercial buildings that utilize heating, cooling and refrigeration systems. The quality and reliability of our products are matched by our experienced, prompt, and professional service people.
The right candidate will be able to service and troubleshooting of all types of residential, commercial and industrial components. Some day to day duties include:
- Heating, Ventilation and Cooling equipment
- Have the ability to perform high quality installation of residential and light commercial equipment
- Work as a dedicated team member to ensure fast, and flexible HVAC installations
- Maintain truck stock inventory within the prescribed company guidelines and standards
- Prepare company paperwork as instructed.
- Strong work ethic, positive attitude, and courteous interactions with our customers
- Adhere to all company safety policies and procedures
- Perform miscellaneous HVAC duties as assigned
- Experience a plus, but at minimum trade school training or apprenticeship
A well-qualified applicant will have at least 4+years of field service experience in HVAC installation and be EPA certified and be willing to work overtime during peak seasons.

Hourly wage will range from $22.88-$38.14, per hour depending on experience. Our wage packages include employer paid Medical, Dental, and Vision plans. Retirement Plans are available through our Union Signatories.

Position Requirements:
- HVAC Installation field service experience (4+ years)
- EPA Certified desired
- Ability to work additional hours during peak seasons
- Work experience with references from past employers.
- Good DMV and Criminal records.
- Strong communication skills.
- Ability to pass a comprehensive drug test.
- A neat/clean appearance.
